I appreciate that things can change. If you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, all I ask is you have the courtesy to let me know. Either by a phone call or text message.

If I need to cancel your appointment I will also try to text or call you on the number you provide.

If cancelling within 24 hours and with other clients interested in the same booking period, should I not be able to fill your booking period, I may ask you to pay the full amount.
